If you've spent years jumping from one diet to the next, tracking every bite, or feeling like food is something to manage or restrict instead of enjoy — you're in the right place.

I'm Willow Jarosh, a registered dietitian nutritionist, and I help people build a peaceful, positive relationship with food, without meal plans or food rules. I offer individualized support that meets you where you are.

Who I Work With

I work with people who want to:
* Break free from diet culture and food guilt
* Develop a healthier relationship with eating and their body
* Navigate nutrition without rigid rules or restriction
* Learn to trust themselves around food again
* Explore gentle, sustainable nutrition that fits their actual life

Whether you've gotten a new diagnosis and want to work on effective nutrition, are navigating pushing diet culture out of food choices, or just want eating and nutrition to feel less stressful, I'll meet you where you are — with curiosity, not judgment.

How We'll Work Together

Free 15-minute consultation. We'll talk briefly about what you’re looking for and what it’s like to work with me so you have all the info you need to determine if I’m the right fit.
First session (60 minutes). This is where we get to know each other. You'll share what's brought you here, what you've tried before, and what you're hoping for. Together, we'll set some starting goals and talk about what tools might help most.
Check-in sessions (30-45 minutes). This is where the real work happens — at a pace that's right for you. We'll adjust, explore, and build on what's working. A lot happens in these visits, but not all at once.

All sessions are virtual, so you can work with me from wherever you are.

My Approach

My work is grounded in four principles:
Relationship with food comes first. Before we talk about what to eat, we talk about how you feel about eating.
No one-size-fits-all plan. Each person is unique — your history, your preferences, your life. There's no template here.
You don't have to love cooking. I love it, but you don't have to. We work with your real life, not an idealized version of it.
Curiosity over judgment. If we can't try new things without shame, growth is impossible. This is a safe space to experiment.

It’s your road and yours alone. Others may walk it with you, but no one can walk it for you.
